Tammy L. Davis brings nearly four decades of experience at the intersection of pharmacology, neuroscience, epigenetics, and essential oil chemistry — a body of knowledge assembled not in a laboratory alone, but in clinical practice with real people navigating real suffering.

She is the developer of the ANIS™ methodology — Aromatic Neuro-Individualized Solutions — a precision medicine framework that trains licensed healthcare professionals, including nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and addiction treatment specialists, in evidence-based neuroaromatherapy. She serves as a peer reviewer for pharmacology journals and speaks internationally on addiction neuroscience and the science of olfaction.

Her work is animated by a conviction formed from personal experience and scientific research in equal measure: addiction is not a moral failure. It is a neurobiological wound. And the same system it damages — the endogenous opioid system — is the system that makes belonging, love, and meaning feel real.
